Dr. Elizabeth A. Harr D.V.M.

Elizabeth A. Harr, D.V.M., is the owner of Delmont Veterinary Hospital and has been a practicing veterinarian since 1996. Dr. Harr earned her D.V.M. from the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. Her special focus at MSU was on small animal medicine, surgery, and ultrasound, as well as bovine reproduction. Previously, Dr. Harr earned her B.S. in Biology with a double minor in English Literature & Chemistry from Seton Hill University, where she graduated with honors and received the Sullivan Award for achieving a 4.0 GPA for her senior year. She gained professional experience during her externship in animal reproduction at the Animal Clinic Northview of North Ridgeville, OH, and during clinical rotations in Genetics & Pathology. Dr. Harr's past accomplishments have included contributing to the research and publication of the thesis paper, "Apoptosis in Mice," and serving as president of Students for Environmental & Animal Conservation (SEAC). In her free time, Dr. Harr enjoys vocal and guitar performance.

In 2017, Dr. Harr was very humbled to receive distinguished alumni of the year award from Seton Hill University.

Dr. Betty J Moravick D.V.M.

Betty J. Moravick, D.V.M., of Ohio, has been with Delmont Veterinary Hospital since 1989. She earned her D.V.M. from the Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. The veterinary and educational fields have been Dr. Moravick’s dual passions since she was a young child. She is fulfilling her lifelong dream as a senior veterinarian at Delmont Veterinary Hospital, where she thoroughly enjoys practicing small animal medicine and performing surgical procedures to improve the lives of her patients. 

At the clinic, Dr. Moravick cares for the needs of companion animals and educates pet guardians on matters such as proper health maintenance techniques, medical treatment, dietary facts, and other pertinent health-related issues. Dr. Moravick is a patient and compassionate veterinarian who enjoys taking the time with each of her patients to achieve the best possible medical outcome. In her spare time, Dr. Moravick enjoys relaxing in her flower garden and spoiling her cat, Gus, and her energetic Brittany Spaniel, Hazel.
